Frank Pospiech is working in the Corporate CTO organization in Alcatel. As HdS program manager, he is responsible in the "Hardware Coordination" department for the alignment of HdS related tools and methodologies in Alcatel. Before joining Alcatel's Hardware Coordination team, Frank worked in different software design related positions. He dealt with development and integration of telecommunications management software, and with software process improvement activities in different Alcatel sites in Germany, France, Italy and Belgium. Before joining Alcatel, he worked on software engineering problems in an Informatics Institute of the German Academy of Sciences in Berlin. He obtained his Masters degree in Mathematics in 1988. Frank Pospiech is member of ACM and IEEE. He co-chairs an HdS related development working group in VSIA, and authored and co-authors several publications on HdS.
