Rates:
Room rate for MPSoC'06 attendees is $ 149 US/room/night + tax. Food and beverage for accompanying persons amount will be announced later.
Cut off Date:
A block of rooms will be held for MPSoC until July 10th, 2006. Reservations requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the group rate.
Reservation information:
Attendees will be responsible for phoning in their reservations at 1-800-976-1377 or international calls 970-586-3371. To receive special group rates, attendees must identify their group affiliation when making their reservation. The name of the group will be referenced as Princeton University/MPSOC when calling the reservation office. Attendees will be required to pay a deposit equal to 2 night's room rental.

The reservation department will attempt to accommodate specific requested room type, but cannot guarantee specific locations, or room numbers.

For individuals who cancel their lodging reservations, the following will be in effect:
- If canceled thirty-one (31) days or more, prior to arrival, full refund on the deposit will be made, less 20%.
- If canceled thirty (30) days or less, prior to arrival, individual is subject to deposit forfeiture.

Rooms which have been reserved by and whose occupants fail to show on scheduled day of arrival, will be billed for the total lodging amount for the contracted time. Early departures and/or late arrivals will be charged the contracted nightly rate for the entire reserved stay.

The Stanley Hotel is unable to divide certain charges (telephone calls, restaurant charges, incidentals, etc.). It is the responsibility of the individual whose name appears on the reservation folio to finalize all charges between the occupants BEFORE check out.

A guest shall bring no food or beverage of any kind into any function rooms. All food and beverage must be purchased through The Stanley Hotel. The Colorado food and beverage license prohibits the wrapping of unused foods for take home or delivering to guestrooms. This license also prohibits the carrying over of food from one function to another.
