Satya has received his Masters degree in VLSI Design and Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Since 2000, he was actively engaged in many projects (both academic & industrial) that span various abstractions from the specification down to silicon. Currently he is a researcher of Technology Aware Design programe of IMEC, Belgium - one of the largest independent microelectronics R&D centers in the world. His current research activities include better-than-worst-case design paradigms, design of self-adjusting embedded systems, and model-based reliability for safety-critical embedded systems. Since Oct'05, he is also working towards his PhD from Katholieke University of Leuven (KULeuven) under the supervision of Prof. Francky Catthoor. For more details, please visit
