Simon Schliecker received his diploma degree in Computer and Communication Systems Engineering in 2004 from the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany. He is working as a researcher at the Embedded System Design Automation Group (IDA) of Professor Ernst, where he is also pursuing a Ph.D. His research interest is the performance analysis of multi-processor systems with a special focus on the effects of shared memories and communication.
