Title:

MIMOSA : Multi-sensor navigation platform

Abstract:

The presentation gives an overview of the MIMOSA project that is conducted in the frame of a joint laboratory between M3 Systems and CEA LIST. The aim of the project is to develop a navigation architecture that uses several sensors such as satellite radio-navigation (GNSS : GPS, GALILEO) , camera and inertial device (IMU). The idea is to provide robust and accurate positioning for different critical use cases such as automated vehicle, remote piloted aerial systems. The main issue is to integrate complex algorithms both at sensor level and at data fusion level.

Bio:

Marc POLLINA is graduated as Telecommunication Engineer in 1982 from French University ENST de Bretagne.
Worked from 1985 to 1991 at European Space Agency (ESTEC) in the ERS-1 earth observation satellite project as payload data handling Engineer.
