Pieter van der Wolf

Pieter van der Wolf is a Principal Scientist at NXP Semiconductors Research in the SoC Architectures and Infrastructures research group. He received his MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 1986 and 1993, respectively. Before joining Philips Research in 1996 he was an Associate Professor at Delft University of Technology. In 2006 he joined NXP Semiconductors when it was spun out of Philips Electronics. He has worked on a broad range of topics including (multi-) processor architectures and system design methodologies. He currently is heading a research project on SoC infrastructures. He has published a book on CAD Frameworks as well as many papers at major conferences (DATE, DAC, ICCAD, CODES+ISSS) and in IEEE journals. He served on the program committees of major conferences (DATE, ICCAD).
