Nanophotonics Technologies toward Opto-Electronic Accelerator
Abstract
The development of large-scale silicon photonics circuits and advances in photoelectric devices based on ultra-low energy nanophotonics will enable a wide variety of optical information processing.
We review opto-electronic integration technologies for creating a new computing platform with wide bandwidth and low energy consumption.
