Title:

Higher reliable multiprocessor system for embedded systems considering power source fluctuation

Abstract:

In recent years, advancement of process technology enables high performance and low power systems. On the other hand, low power systems are conducted under very low supply voltage in order to achieve low power operation. This talk starts power noise by the power supply fluctuation of system-on-a-chip (SoC) and introduces some approaches to overcome this issue. This talk proposes a software level approach limiting peak current considering power noise.
