Conference Registration includes:
Conference materials, lunch for five days and dinner for four evenings including the social dinner.
Two-day registration includes:
conference materials, lunch for the two days attending the conference and dinner for the first evening.
If you would like to bring a guest to the banquet dinner a guest banquet ticket may be added to your registration for an additional fee. Additional Person fee includes dinner for four evenings and all social activities.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before May 15, 2017, and is subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 15, 2017, will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
