How to assure software quality for Artificial Intelligence? —Beyond the artificial intelligence Era and the accountability—
Download SlidesAbstract
Although enthusiasm and great expectations for today's artificial intelligence are known to everyone, comprehensive research on major obstacles and psychological Inhibitors to their dissemination is not so common. The impediment to the spread of artificial intelligence technology is that the quality assurance method of artificial intelligence has not yet been established. For example, there is no method of guaranteeing or appealing and verifying “Accountability" or “Dependability", such as the behavior which the driver does not expect in autonomous driving, the absence of cause analysis method at the occurrence of an accident.
In this session, First, we consider the quality assurance technology of artificial intelligence from the aspect of software quality assurance, and define the problem in the research field that we have to establish in the future. Next, we suggest the possibility that the computer resources for quality assurance are equal to or higher than the computer resources required for artificial intelligence itself. Finally, we consider the ability to assure the artificial intelligence quality with software assurance artificial intelligence in the near future.
