Three room types are available for the conference:

● All rooms with a king bed are on a space available basis only. Guests wanting a room with a king bed are encouraged to call sooner (+1 800-453-3000), increasing the chances of have the desired room type.
● Booking is available online and by phone (+1 800-453-3000).
● If booking is made by phone, a one night deposit will be collected with the balance auto charged 3 days prior the arrival.
● For online booking, payment in full is required at time of booking
● All reservations are fully refundable until 3 days from arrival. There is a one night cancel fee if cancelled inside of 3 days from arrival. After check in, non refund is possible. Late arrivals and early departures are also not refundable.
● Self parking is available at no additional cost. Valet parking is available for $12 per day, capped out at $48 total.
All reservations should be booked by the 29th of June. After that date, any rooms left will be released back into general availability.

● To Snowbird from Salt Lake City International Airport: Take I-80 east to I-215 south. Take Exit 6 (6200 South) and go east on 6200 South, toward the mountains. This road will lead you straight to UT-210 and up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Snowbird.
● Guest needing airport transfers can arrange those through Snowbird Resort (by phone +1 800-453-3000) for $76 per adult, round trip.
● Uber or Lyft are available (around $80 round trip)
