MPSoC'11 will take place at Hotel Mercure, Beaune, France.

Accomodation

Hotel Mercure, Beaune, France will offer special discount rates for MPSoC attendees.
The rates include breakfast, VAT and complimentary internet access (wired).

Room reservations should be made by June 13th, 2011, with the form available here.
Reservation condition after this date is subject to change.

The special rate is available for MPSoC’11 attendees from 3rd to 8th of July, 2011.
Rooms will be allocated on the “first come, first served” basis.

General conditions:

- Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00am.
- Attendees will be required to pay a deposit equal to 1 night's room rental.

Cancellation policy:

- If cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to arrival, full refund
- Otherwise, individual is subject to deposit forfeiture.

By air

- Saint Exupéry (Lyon) airport: from Saint Exupery airport, you can reach Beaune by train. You have to take the RhôneXpress tram from Saint Exupery airport to Lyon Pardieu Railway station (one tram every 15 mn) (return ticket approx. 25€). Tickets can be purchased at the airport railway station. From Lyon Pardieu Railway station, local trains reach Beaune (one train every hour) (single ticket approx. 25€).
- Roissy Charles de Gaulle (Paris) airport: various routes exist. Note that the simplest (and shortest) one is from Paris Gare de Lyon Railway station that offers several connexions to Beaune (possibly with a connexion in Dijon).

By car

Beaune is particularly well served by the road network as it is situated at the crossroads of the A6, A31 (towards Dijon, then Lille or Nancy) and A38 (towards Besançon, Bâle) motorways.

Using the A6 motorway => Take exit 24.0 (Savigny-Lès-Beaune / Beaune-Saint-Nicolas) or 24.1 (Beaune-Centre / Beaune-Hospices).
